Esplanade Hotel Function Rooms
We have rooms available for all kinds of functions from birthdays, engagements, business meetings and club events

Just a stone’s throw away from the iconic Busselton Jetty, the Esplanade Hotel has a choice of 5 function rooms, all of which can be sectioned off for privacy.
The rooms can cater for up to 100 people in a cocktail style or 70 people seated for a more formal meal. We can also cater for smaller celebrations of 10 people or more.
The Esplanade Hotel’s function rooms combine old world charm with exquisite traditional design features.
Our function room has its own small bar with a unique atmosphere which makes it ideal for small parties or groups to enjoy a more seclusive environment.

The Naturaliste Room
Our largest function room which can cater for sit down meals, quiz nights, cocktail functions or business professional development days.
This ambient, spacious room is a popular space for functions. It can be professionally dressed for a seated event or set up with bar tables and a coffee station for cocktail style functions.
Your guests can dance the evening away on their very own private dance floor and enjoy beverages from the bar.
This room opens out to the outdoor terrace.


The Geographe Bar
Our Geographe Bar is a fully stocked small bar located adjacent to our Naturalist room fits 40 – 50. This room can be used as a bar to accompany a large function or as it stands for a smaller gathering that does not require formal seating. Doors can be closed to offer a private area for your guests. Newly built during 2019 and fitted out with stylish, comfortable seating this room can offer your function a unique experience for your guests.
The Vasse Room
Located on the second level is our larger meeting room and can seat 40 people.


The Leeuwin Room
Our smallest meeting room also located on the second level and caters for smaller presentations or meetings.
All our function rooms are airconditioned and we can provide a projector screen and presentations facilities.
We can also arrange for meals, platters and/or tea and coffee buffets.
